MSc Opportunity at Manchester

A new MSc in Chemical Food Safety and Integrity is available at The University of Manchester.

A modular MSc on Food Chemical Safety and Integrity has been developed by Professor Clare Mills in collaboration with partners from the food manufacturing and analytical sciences sector.

Students will undergo training in food chemical safety, quality and management to prepare them for a range of careers in the food industry or in research. They will also benefit from the course's links with Unilever Safety and Environmental Assurance Centre, Waters Corporation and Fera. They will learn from experts in a range of subjects, including food fraud, food allergen risk management, analytical methodology and mass spectrometry. Contributions to online teaching are being sought from N8 partners in Newcastle and Leeds.

This MSc is now closed for 2018 entry.
